Semi-Private Sessions & Rates
How semi-private groups are formed, how rates are adjusted, and how Loyalty Rates work.
Group formation and rate-adjustment rules apply to all semi-private sessions, whether or not you use Loyalty Rates.
Loyalty Rates
You credit your class account with an initial amount of €500. After each session, your balance is debited at the rate corresponding to the type of class actually attended. The loyalty rate applies as long as a sufficient balance remains.
Group Formation
Tess arranges semi-private groups by matching participants, so you can enjoy small-group apparatus classes without having to bring your own partners. The composition of the group cannot, however, be guaranteed in advance for every session. You are of course also welcome to book with your own partner or partners.
Rate Adjustment
The rate for a semi-private session depends on the number of participants. If a participant cancels more than 24 hours in advance and no replacement can be found, Tess will offer either to maintain the session in the new format, at the corresponding rate, or to reschedule it. For cancellations within 24 hours, the originally planned rate is maintained for the participants attending.
